Together we develop the plan that works best for your body and lifestyle and tear down barriers including negative belief systems that keep you from experiencing your best Self.

We are all unique and our bodies have different responses. A nutrition strategy that works for one person may not work for another. Together we explore different dietary theories and discover what nutrition your body needs.

LIFESTYLE

We look at lifestyle components that impact your health such as career, relationships, physical activity and spirituality. Health is critically dependent on these factors.

MOTIVATION

What is important to you? What motivates you? Understanding how you operate to internal and external factors will help us develop the plan you stick to.

We are our own worst enemy. How are you getting in your own way? What thought patterns are causing you to limit what you can do? We will investigate and eliminate by creating new beliefs.

I would not be at all surprised to learn my journey looks a lot like yours. I have struggled with weight and food all of my life. Stress was my middle name. I am a single mom of two who successfully pushed her way up in the corporate world. By the time I was 36 I had developed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from several incidents of physical, emotional and sexual trauma as well as workplace hostility and harassment. At times I couldn't breathe and felt like a heart attack was imminent. In fact, I had some cardiac issues that required medical observation. 

My road to health and happiness is not straight, just like yours. There have been some set backs and many wrong turns. But my determination to regain control of my body, mind and health drove me to learn holistic healing practices as a certified health coach and yoga instructor. My own experience, as well as my experience helping many others just like us, will make your journey smoother, more focused and expedient. You just have to be ready to believe you deserve better.

I earned my certification as an integrative holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) as trained by Yoga Vidya in Troy, NY.
