Surviving and eventually thriving in crises is my cover story. By the time I was 36 I had developed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). To manage my symptoms and re-engage with a world that guarantees chaos and abuse of power, I needed to master how to remain detached from harmful experiences and in full control of my actions and reactions. I was able to discover and successfully apply holistic and natural healing practices as a certified health coach and yoga instructor. My own story, as well as my experience working many others just like us, will help you experience peace in the even the most turbulent times. You just have to be ready to believe you deserve better.
I earned my certification as an integrative holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) as trained by Yoga Vidya in Troy, NY.
